Often at the Academy, we like to seek advice from our parents and members of the public on thoughts and opinions for what they want from the Academy. We like to keep abreast of current events in the area and promote the sharing of thoughts and ideas.

Community Forums

Forums were established as part of the government initiative that aims to bring as much democracy as possible to the local areas.

Forums also have access to a pool of money set aside for the areas they cover. By attending a Community Forum you have an opportunity to put across your opinions and make real changes to your community.

The Forum holds open meetings on a regular basis, usually at Herringham School, and the dates and past minutes can be viewed on their website (please see link above).
